So i went to get my hair braided and my hair dresser was shocked lol. My hair has grown so much. Its now at the bottom of my neck i do have 2 texture but i have a head full of curly hair lol. She told me all my heat damage has been cleared and that my hair is getting thicker. She loves my hair lol. I did change up my hair method which is why i think my hair is getting longer and stronger.
I co wash my hair once a week and deep condition my hair once a week. I use my coconut and hibiscus shampoo every 2 weeks and I use Jamaican black castor oil shampoo at the end of the month. I been doing that for about 3-4 months now. And since everyone can see improvement im going to continue doing that. I just have to remember to wrap it up every night.

I have yet to try that castor oil, it is on my list of products to buy. I have read some great things about it.
I absolutely love it lol, it’s not too harsh on the hair and i feel like since i been using it and doing it that way it has helped with my hair growth, but that could be me lol
I actually meant to post from this user id lol. Oh and when I do try it I am buying that repair mask…the one used for deep conditioning.
Oh i haven’t tried that one i been using the deep treatment masque and my hair seems to love that one
